• Can provide subsurface exploration to identify soil conditions in areas of newly constructed lagoons, analyze the subsurface soils and provide recommendations regarding the design and construction of the holding ponds.

• Can install piezometers to monitor groundwater elevations.

• Provides laboratory testing of soil permeability by means of falling head permeability or triaxial flexible wall permeability.

• Provides observation and testing of liner materials during construction to assist in proper installation.

• Existing lagoon liners can be laboratory tested to determine existing see page rates.
